At PCI we pride ourselves on providing quick turnaround printer repair for our customers. We employ highly qualified service technicians to repair and maintain needs on all HP LaserJet printers in the Rochester, Syracuse and Buffalo area.
Our current service rates are:
$65.00 per hour + parts
P - Program
$40.00 per hour with a minimum purchase of 60 or more toner cartridges per year + parts
C - Program
$25.00 per hour with a minimum purchase of 90 or more toner cartridges per year + parts
I - Program
No hourly rate with a minimum purchase of 120 or more toner cartridges per year + parts
