Surface Finish: We utilize state-of-the-art measuring systems to measure the smooth, but complex surfaces required on photoreceptors. We consistently obtain surfaces that are smooth as .09 um Ry. We are aware that imaging defects can be caused by laser bounce back and can address these problems by utilizing various forms of surfaces to eliminate this effect.
Quality: PCI has been process certified by most of the major OEM laser printer/copier manufacturers throughout the world. All data on dimensional and surface criteria are measured and analyzed using S.P.C. techniques. We document and maintain records for full traceability from raw materials to finished product.
|  | Engineering Support: We offer our years of experience in the production of photoreceptor substrates, and our extensive knowledge of toner cartridges as we work closely with our customers on the development of new products. As imaging quality becomes more demanding, PCI will continue to develop equipment and checking devices to produce and measure components to even tighter criteria.

Raw Material: PCI has a long, well- established relationship with one of the world’s largest suppliers of aluminum. The quality of the finished photoreceptor starts with the purity and dimensional stability of the raw tube. PCI has various types of materials available to work with, such as porthole or seamless, 6063 or 3003, etc. All photoreceptor material is filtered for optimal purity and grain structure.
