We follow these eight steps when manufacturing a toner cartridge to ensure the same quality, yield and overall performance that the new HP toner cartridges produce:
| 1) | Use an Original Equipment Manufacture virgin toner cartridge empty core for manufacturing. (Inspect the core for leaks and other broken parts before manufacturing). | | 2) | Discard all imaging components that created the old image and recycle for the green factor (1st cycle components should not be reused). | | 3) | Clean the shell of the cartridge and the gears for proper working conditions. | | 4) | Replace new imaging components in the imaging side which include the Drum, Wiper blade and PCR. | | 5) | Replace the new imaging components on the developer side which include the Doctor blade, Mag Sleeve, Bushings, toner and seal. | | 6) | Properly combined the two halves to complete the toner manufacturing. | | 7) | Install in the printer and produce the ASTM 1856 testing procedure which includes a black page, regular text, grey page, ghosting page and a configuration test for blasting. | | 8) | Ensure that the test results are the same or better than the OEM for quality before packaging and shipping the product to our customers. |

PCI remanufactures our OEM compatible toner cartridges with all new imaging components. We replace every imaging component to ensure consistent quality on each product we manufacture. We test each component before we manufacture our compatible toner cartridges for straightness, surface, and density to match the OEM standards. By changing the imaging components, we can consistently manufacture a product that will produce the same yield, quality and overall performance as the OEM produces.
100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION We are so confident in our product that if our product causes any damage to your laser printer, PCI will repair it free of charge.
Knowing your Rights
Hewlett Packard clearly states in their warranty policy "HP does not prohibit the use of remanufactured toner cartridges during the warranty period or under a maintenance contract..." To enforce such a policy would be in direct violation of the Sherman Clayton Antitrust Act Laws.
